HOW TO LEVERAGE ON TO MOVE YOUR OFFLINE BUSINESS FORWARD

There are five strategies you can use to leverage on to move your business forward. Whether you are manufacturer, distributor or retailer,etc, you can use the strategies to grow your business well.

The following strategies I write are here:

1.      Market Trends

To avoid maintaining something in your store for nothing or declining your business, you must be a trend spotter. Check what people really want or what they complain one or other things in your business.

And if you check people’s wants or complaints about one thing in your business, plan to make a change quickly by removing it or buying best things.

For example, if you find that people shift from heavy and fatty foods to lighter foods because of what they read or heard about what happened, then what shall you do? Make a change it quickly in order to save your business from gradually collapsing.

Don’t be a sleeper. Be awake up and plan everyday by reading newspaper, magazine, etc or hearing news from TV channels or radio or listening to people in your group.

2.      Market Demands

To stop business competitors from taking over your products or services, plan to meet market demands. You should expand your business to meet the market demands. Provide them a new stock, a new product, a new service, a new package and a new innovation. It will stimulate them to buy more from you. It is a temptation. Don’t be dull things in your business.

3.      Indirectly Market Yourself

When you engage in Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities, plan to market yourself indirectly. Only a few entrepreneurs applied this logic during a situation or crisis.

4.      Continuous Researches

To improve your standards well, you need to carry out researches about things in your business. Find out what you can do to improve your standards. Try to innovate things as soon as you research in business.

Researches need not to be costly effective. How do you do it? Ask your customers how they feel about your writing, your groceries store, clothes business, your church as long as they patronize you. And you will be amazed what they tell you this or that.

5.      Sow Free

God said He will bless your fruits- church, writing, your products or services, business, etc if you sow free. Many big entrepreneurs know the law which is said in a bible that whatsoever you sow shall reap. Can you not check Warren Buffet supporting billion made from stock market to poor people in US? Can you not check Bill support polio to Nigerian people in North by paying millions in dollar?

Whether you are small or big business, try to think others by sowing a part to people if you want God to bless your fruits. Sowing and reaping works for you even your situation.
